In 1944, a young BC cachet maker, set out to create an epic sized philatelic series commemorating the fifth anniversary of pre-Pearl Harbour events of WWII.

He produced over 220 different cachets in less than three years - about one every 5 days!

This publication tells the story of this philatelist, and shows the results of his labour.
